This website
This website gives information about Agento Lab and the managed systems it runs for small businesses. It does not sell services or show prices.
Enquiries
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. We reply to work out whether we can help and what the service would cover.
Services
Each service is agreed in writing before you subscribe. That document sets out what the service includes. Website and booking systems do not include advertising or buying traffic.
Third-party services
Some services rely on third parties, such as Google Business Profile, Google Calendar and the chat service we use.
Website content
We try to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee it is complete. We may change or remove content at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
